Last updated: October 2026 · Operated by MailToucan

1. Our policy

MailToucan respects intellectual-property rights and expects customers to do the same. Customers must only upload or send content they have the right to use.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on MailToucan infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@mailtoucan.com with: your contact details; a description of the work; the location (URL) of the infringing material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; plus your signature.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the identification of the removed material and a good-faith statement that it was removed in error.

4. Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.

5. Trademarks

MailToucan, Tou-can and our logos are our trademarks. Do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.
